Commercial Management and construction of the first phase of an Algae Growing Laboratory Facility in extreme remote location in the northern region of South Africa with change control of large scale civil, construction, mechanical & electrical and installation and coordination of bioreactors manufactured in Europe and fabricated and shipped in South Africa.

Refers to the provision of quantity surveying and commercial management expertise on a part-time, flexible, or as- needed basis, rather than employing a full-time person.
Employer of Record (EOR)
An arrangement in South Africa allows a company to engage local employees without the need to establish a legal entity in the country. This approach can significantly reduce UK employment costs and overheads, as employment expenses in South Africa are typically lower than in the UK.
